French Hand Carved Pine Bookshelf

An exceptionally tall two piece French pine bookshelf.  The interior of the top is a creamy white in finish, with a clever line break on the shelving.  The ends of the shelves have a feminine curve and natural, waxed pine finish. We find the contrast of the warm, waxed pine body against the white bead board backing to be striking.  Both top shelves are fully adjustable by traditional French cleat design.  Just below the cornice is an intricate hand carved detailing that is complimented by subtle carvings down the side.  The bottom has two cupboard doors with its original skeleton key and is in proper working order. Please note, there is a subtle color contrast between the base cupboard and the top shelving as seen on the side profile pictures.
