Store Pickup:
All orders that are selected for in store pick up must be picked within by 14 days from purchase. After 14 days.
Parcel Shipping (Contiguous 48):
All parcel packages will be shipped within 5 days of purchase. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Any packages, lost, damaged or stolen must have a freight claim submitted through UPS. Canvasandcargo is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen items through freight companies.

Store Arranged Furniture Shipments:
We partner with a 3rd party freight company we trust to ship your furniture items. Shipping rates are calculated from our store (Red Hill, PA) to your delivery address. Our rates are broken out by regional zone and bundled with cities close to you to ensure you are getting the most accurate, and competitive rate. Bundle shipments are available, and less expensive when shipping multiple items to the same location. All delivery costs will be calculated during checkout. All furniture items are blanket wrapped prior to shipment to remain protected during transport. You will receive an email notification of shipment, once your goods leave our store. Our courier will reach out to you directly to arrange delivery of your items. Longer lead times are expected west of the Mississippi, your patience is appreciated. In the rare event of shipping damage, we will help you file a freight claim with our shipping company.
Zone A: Base Rate $150 + $100 for each additional furniture item
Zone B: Base Rate $250 + $150 for each additional furniture item
Zone C: Base Rate $350 + $150 for each additional furniture item
Zone D: Base Rate $450 + $200 for each additional furniture item
Zone E: Base Rate $550 + $275 for each additional furniture item
Some items may be considered "oversize and will be subject to different shipping rates. When oversize items are combined with normal furniture, the base rate of the oversize will be take and the other furniture will count as additional items.
Zone A Oversize: Base Rate $500 + $100 for each additional furniture item
Zone B Oversize: Base Rate $600 + $150 for each additional furniture item
Zone C Oversize: Base Rate $700 + $150 for each additional furniture item
Zone D Oversize: Base Rate $800 + $200 for each additional furniture item
Zone E Oversize: Base Rate $900 + $275 for each additional furniture item
