Pine Blueprint Chest of Drawers

Approximate Dimensions: 53.75" Wide, 29" Deep, 39.875" Tall

Once used to store old blue prints and building schematics, this English Pine chest of 5 drawers is quite impressive in stature.  Each drawer has several dividers installed, which could be removed by its new owner.  Please note the depth of this chest as it is larger than a standard chest and gives us all the bank of drawers vibes.

Edwardian Era 1901-1914

English Pine pieces during this period (as well as Georgian and Victorian Period) are found to have tight graining exemplifying the slow growth pine trees they were crafted from.  Old growth pine has been found to be quite hard (compared to newer growth pine found in continental pieces).  Patina varies on Pine based on its regional origin.  While most continental pine pieces are often found to have wide graining and turn yellow after being stripped, English Pine will boast a rich warm color, leaning more base neutral.
