This painting depicts a bouquet of pansies in a vase with peaches off to the left. It is an original Belgian oil on canvas and signed in the bottom right.  The black background contrasts both the subject and the thick gilded frame.  The frame has substantial weight to it and is most likely original to the artwork.  This painting is in excellent condition with no sign of repair to the canvas.  There is slight plaster loss on the top left corner.
