7' English Pine Sideboard

A stunning two door, three drawer, seven foot English pine sideboard.  Finished in a clear wax, this pine sideboard is incredibly light in finish.  Each side has one cupboard door with an interior middle shelf.  The inside of the cupboard doors is painted white on the back paneling. Three spacious deep drawers take center stage with the bottom being larger than the top two.  All drawers are hand cut dovetail construction.  All hardware is original to this piece and is a delightful contrast to the light finish on the body.  Rare in both size and finish, this sideboard would be practical in the media room, front entryway, or even as a kitchen island.  Please note the old repair work to the top work surface, and gapping of the wood on the left side; both are consistent with the age of the piece.  We date this piece to the Victorian Era (1837-1901).
