Ironstone Scale Plate

Approximate Dimensions: 13.25" Diameter, .5" Thick

An early-mid 18th century antique ironstone scale plate.  Manufactured in Birmingham, GB by iconic scale manufacturers W. & T. Avery., this plate would have been part of a larger balance scale.  As a stand alone, this would be ideal as a trivet, a cutting board, or on a plate rack.  The lettering is a mid-dark green with a hint of blue hue.
