Ribbed Marmalade Pots
Ribbed Marmalade Pots
These English stoneware pots are offered in a variety of muted colors, many similar, no two quite the same. Dating back to the Victorian Era, these pots are foraged and hand dug in landfills in England. Bound by twine and grease paper on the top lip, they were a household staple for preserving meats and jams. Ranging in age from the late 1800s to early 1900s, they make a statement scattered about or displayed all together.
