English Laundry Basket "St Michaels"

Dating back to the early 1900s, these English laundry baskets boast a wonderful patina and texture. Built with wooden struts on the bottom, they are sturdy enough to be used to store your linens, logs, and other household essentials.

The stenciling on this basket says "St Michael" on the front, and "Laundry" on the back side.  This wonderful laundry basket appears to come from the small island of St Michaels Mount off the coast of Cornwall. Both leather straps are intact.
